A cool place to relax with a group for the weekend. Not far from the city. The cottage itself is comfortable and pleasant, I especially liked the living room and its access to the terrace. Nice staff. If you suddenly change or tweak something, they will quickly fix it. We were allowed to leave later. Activities include basketball, volleyball, and boating. There is a very friendly dog Rex living on the premises)

There are broken cabinets in the house, loose door handles, and the doors keep closing with a bang. Terrible smell in the sou. In general, the condition of the house leaves much to be desired. I was VERY SURPRISED that the house was not heated before the guests arrived, this is the first time I’ve seen something like this! We walked around in our jackets for several hours! When you check in, they take a deposit of 15 rubles - are you afraid that they will spoil something for you? Make repairs, then take a deposit) and also - you can’t use firecrackers, fireworks, etc... okay, fireworks, but what in your house and on the street can be ruined by a firecracker?)) if you protect silence, then you’d better make comments noisy companies with screaming children. They don’t give discounts to birthday people - this is, of course, not the main aspect of a negative review, but a bonus for the birthday boy is always nice and sets the client up for a more loyal attitude. BATH There are no towels in the bathhouse, it doesn’t matter what you paid for it - drag the towel from your house) it’s “super” " service! This is also the first time I see this. Also in the bathhouse there is no place where after steaming you can take a horizontal position, this is important for bathhouse connoisseurs; after dousing yourself with vodka, you definitely need to lie down! And one more thing: two employees gave different check-in times - Alexander said at 17, and the woman “administrator” said, I quote: “actually from 20.00, but you’re lucky, your house is free.” As a result: We often relax in country complexes, at recreation centers. This is a place I wouldn't want to return to
Pros: not very far from the city, green surroundings, lake nearby, 24-hour reception, convenient check-in/check-out times. Not a bad steam room in the bathhouse.

We imagined that the house would be more comfortable. In the photo it looks like a cozy chalet, but in fact it turned out to be empty. We didn't have enough rugs or some elements that would bring comfort. At a minimum, candlesticks with candles that were in the photographs or floor lamps. Well, overall the house is a little tired.
The location of the cottage village is very cool. Located on the shore of the lake. The area itself is pleasant and comfortable, there is a children's playground, which is very necessary with children. There is always someone on site to help and advise. A hammock on the terrace is a mega-thing. As a compliment for my birthday, we got an early check-in and late check-out.

Shower rooms are not equipped with shelves or hooks for convenient placement of toiletries. I would like to purchase mats when getting out of the shower or provide foot towels included. The trampoline on the lake is not suitable for use by children (there is no ladder and the handles are torn off to climb on it).
There is a lake nearby, a large outdoor terrace, the provision of free board games and leisure equipment for the company, prompt resolution of issues when they arise, you can check into the cottage earlier and check out later without additional payment.

Quite far from the city. Little entertainment on site. A nominal restaurant, it would be much more convenient if it worked at least for breakfast, and not just for banquets and by pre-order.

The house is large with a convenient layout, a comfortable large terrace, there are the necessary kitchen utensils and a dishwasher (not a big minus - there is no teapot and few tablets for the dishwasher). Shower gels, shampoos - take everything with you, toilet paper and liquid hand soap are available. The general area is small - there is a small playground for very young children, a ping pong table, and a basketball stand. There is a trampoline on the lake - but physically it is very difficult to jump on it, where there is a rope ladder - the handles are torn off from the trampoline, on the opposite side of the trampoline where there are only two handles - it is physically very difficult to climb on it. The bottom of the lake is muddy. You can sit on the shore to sunbathe and take a boat ride on the lake. There is a small house-restaurant on site that is open to order. In general, we liked everything, the main thing is a good mood, and nuances can be found everywhere.

The location of the bathhouse is inconvenient, next to the restaurant and far from the water. Collapsed pier, no normal access to the water. We rented boats, of course they were already old. It would be nice if there were more entertainment on site.
Green area, spacious house with a terrace, has everything you need, towel, linen, dishes, dishwasher, only the refrigerator is a little small. Large bathhouse, not far from the city. Responsive administrator Natalya is always ready to help and advise.
