The first thing to do is check if the light in the refrigerator is on. If there is no light, and the refrigerator does not turn on at all, we inspect all communications: plug, socket and cord. Perhaps the problem lies precisely there.

The second reason why a completely serviceable refrigerator does not work applies only to the newest models of refrigeration equipment: perhaps the refrigerator turned off due to improper installation, wear on the rubber seal, or damage to the door hinges.
